SVVY receives up to one million NOK from Innovation Norway

In April 2025, we received some exciting news. We are proud and grateful to share that SVVY has received funding through Innovation Norway's Stud-ENT programme – up to one million NOK to further develop our platform connecting students from the Global South with education in the Global North.

This year, 69 applications were submitted from 15 different universities and colleges. 32 projects from 11 institutions were selected. SVVY is one of them – and one of only five companies from NMBU to receive funding.

As Håkon Haugli, CEO of Innovation Norway, states: "We are impressed by the quality of this year's projects. In addition to the number increasing, the quality of applications is rising."

The Stud-ENT programme aims to help turn good business ideas from student entrepreneurs into new products and services. For us at SVVY, this funding represents an important recognition – and the opportunity to take the next step.
