Who we are
SVVY is organised as a limited liability company. At the time of writing, it consists of Johanne Iversen (from left), Nicolas Richard Manskow, Josefine Akselsen and Trym Jarle Vårdal.
Missing from the picture, but important people in the team, is Joakim Askeland and Plebeian Andri C. De la Cruz.
SVVY was founded by four NMBU-students in Norway, and will remain located in Norway.
At SVVY, our motivation stems from a strong desire to make a difference — to do something different by connecting the Global North with the Global South. We believe innovation happens when we bring diverse perspectives together, so we talk with universities, professors, and students — because we all need each other. We’ll keep you updated as we grow, guided by global insights and a shared mission to build something meaningful.
NMBU has played a key role in guiding and supporting us throughout our journey. We’ve had valuable conversations with professors and lecturers to better understand the potential of our company. Their involvement has been essential for shaping and developing SVVY further.
